Job Description: The Junior Partner will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our client base. This position offers a unique opportunity to be mentored by an experienced agent, gaining insights into business operations and the management of an insurance agency. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, eager to learn, and passionate about building a career in the insurance industry..

Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agency goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients.
Collaborate with the agent to understand business operations and agency management.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance industry knowledge and skills.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Assist in marketing initiatives to promote agency services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed and grow within the agency.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Familiarity with insurance products and services is a plus.
